AcquaPet™ Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, clean, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Proof of purchase is required.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the item meets all the requirements, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged Items or Errors

Check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if it is defective.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or videos as proof to evaluate the issue.
